Support for Suicidal Thoughts (CAMS Approach)
If you’re having suicidal thoughts, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or struggling to feel safe, this service is designed to support you. Stephanie uses the CAMS approach, a compassionate, evidence-based method focused specifically on understanding and reducing suicidal thoughts in a collaborative, non-judgmental way for adults 18+.
In these sessions, she will work with you to:
• Understand what’s contributing to your distress
• Reduce the intensity and frequency of suicidal thoughts
• Strengthen coping tools and personal supports
• Create a practical, personalized safety plan
• Help you feel more stable, supported, and in control
